The session will also help you learn about how to intervene to change behaviours (of our consumers or customers).
The interventions could be with your User Interface, how you facilitate your community or through your marketing communication.
In all of human history, this is the first time we know so much about the human brain and how we decide / behave.
Sri has been practicing applying behavioural science for about 12 years, and in this session, going to share an introduction that you help your business.
Before the session, interested participants would be asked to share any behaviour based business problems they may be facing with their customers or community. So that the session content is tailored to what the participants are looking for.
